Yang Enterprises, Inc. (YEI) Statement Forthcoming!

According to the Yang Enterprises, Inc. (YEI) website, a statement on the Clint Curtis / Tom Feeney charges is forthcoming. As of this morning, the following text now appears on the front page of the YEI website:

News and Announcements
Recently there have been several accusations against this corporation by Clinton Eugene Curtis. All of the allegations are 100% FALSE!! An official statement will be forthcoming. Thank you for your concern and God Bless America.

The BRAD BLOG can confirm that all references to Mike Cohen, Mrs. Yang's executive secretary at YEI -- who was named in Clint Curtis' affidavit as having been in the October 2000 meeting with Feeney to discuss the "vote-rigging software" -- have now been removed from the YEI website and have been replaced by the name "Lowell Weaver" as of now.

Searches for "Mike Cohen" at the YEI site for the moment, will yield several documents though they no longer contain Cohen's name. A search at The Internet Archive Wayback Machine for those same documents reveal that Cohen's name was once were Weaver's name is now. Here's one of those cached pages revealing Cohen's name via the Wayback Machine. (Thanks to BRAD BLOG commenters for the tip!)

AND STILL DEVELOPING...

This was mentioned in another thread, but thought I'd repeat it as I found it vaguely amusing:
The words "and God Bless America" were removed from the statement for a short while yesterday.... and then re-added!

'God Bless America' is a caption used to sound patriotic. People get moved to see this caption. Remember to speak against the goverment the current administration has always said that it is unpatriotic.

It is likely that Clint is a Rove agent. Rove is playing like the same "Dan Rather fake document coup game". Every journalist out there should pre-screen the evidence before publishing. It will interesting to see where this leads to. There cannot be smoke without fire......

Similarly, here's Google's cache of that same page, which was cached October 7, 2004:

Lowell Weaver is, according to this Excel document on a Federal government procurement opportunities website (HTML version), the Vice-President of Yang Enterprises.

One more hit from the Wayback Machine to explore:
http://web.archive.org/web/20010331155205/http://www.yangenterprises.com/business.htm

This is a (no longer available) page from the Yang website from March 2001. It lists Yang's Business Relationships. On it you'll find (among others) Northrop Grumman and SAIC. Both are companies that are in the voting machines biz. Doesn't prove anything, but interesting none the less, no?

Keep up the great work!

All this yammering about Curtis being "a Rove agent" just sounds dumb.

There is NO BENEFIT to inflaming the voter fraud suspicions at this point. They're IN already. This just encourages the cracking open of the voting machines. The best thing right now for Bush is LESS controversy, not more.

If it was a plant, why would they name a prominent Republican from a key state? Why taint his career? Wouldn't they more sensibly name a Democrat? Or a Republican they don't want anymore like Specter?

THINK, people.

Again, for entertainment purposes only...
Along with several JPEG images still available on the justaflyonthewall.com site, the google cache of one justaflyonthewall.com webpage revealed a link to an eBay seller named "clint_curtis" who apparently began selling his "Just A Fly On The Wall" book recently.

He has no current auctions at eBay according to eBay's seller search.
Wonder if he's able to read his eBay auction questions?
